BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is only available to residents of the United States and is void where prohibited.

 

1. Sweepstakes Period

This Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM, September 15th 2025 (US Pacific Time) and ends at 11:59 PM, February 1, 2025 (US Pacific Time). Twin Performance Engineering’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

 

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Twin Performance Engineering and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All entries become the property of Twin Performance Engineering.

 

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

a) Online:

Visit www.twinperformanceengineering.com, complete the online registration form?? (including first name, last name, state, email, date of birth, and phone number). You will receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on the Riviera Download (excluding shipping and taxes) during the Sweepstakes period.

b) Mail-in Entry:

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, complete address, phone number, email address, and the phrase "Keep Moving Forward" on a 5″ × 8″ index card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

Each mail-in entry must be submitted in a separate envelope and postmarked by January 2026. Entries must be hand-printed in English. Limit one entry per envelope. Bulk submissions will not be accepted.

 

4. Prize

The Grand Prize is a modified 2024 Ford Mustang (VIN #1FA6P8CF2R5414987).

The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, title, license fees, and any other costs associated with accepting and taking possession of the prize.

The vehicle must be picked up in Salinas, CA, within 30 days of the winner being notified. Winner must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license.

The prize is awarded “as-is,” without warranty, and is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made except at Twin Performance Engineering’s sole discretion. Filming and photography during the award process is required. Refusal will result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 1, 2025 from all eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by email or telephone within three (3) business days of the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner will be selected. Prize must be claimed no later than March 15, 2025.

 

6. Verification & Documentation

Before awarding the prize, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification. Failure to return these documents in time will result in disqualification.

 

7. Liability & Indemnification

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Twin Performance Engineering, its affiliates, partners, advertising agencies, and all individuals associated with the Sweepstakes from any liability arising from participation, acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

The prize is awarded “as-is” and without warranty. Entrants assume all liability for any injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

 

8. Disqualification & Technical Errors

Twin Performance Engineering is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

The use of robotic or automated systems to enter is strictly prohibited. Twin Performance Engineering reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or cannot be conducted as planned.

 

9. Prize Terms & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize will not exceed $60,000. If the actual value is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. All details of the prize will be determined by Twin Performance Engineering at its sole discretion.

 

10. Grant of Rights

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant grants Twin Performance Engineering and its affiliates the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, in any media now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law).

 

11. General Terms

Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Twin Performance Engineering’s decisions, which are final and binding. Twin Performance Engineering reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason.
